Stacia Searcy, the president of Community Association Management by Stacia, Inc., is a Florida native and a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida. Born and raised in Sarasota, she graduated from Sarasota High School then went to work for local firms, building her reputation of professionalism, integrity and knowledge.
Bonded and insured, Stacia is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and an Association Management Specialist (AMS). She has more than 20 years of combined experience with property management and construction companies.
The Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) is the only national certification program designed exclusively for managers of homeowner and condominium associations and cooperatives. The CMCA recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the knowledge required to manage community associations, including:
